We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for any item that is unworn and still fitted with all tags. Please inform us of the return or exchange via email at email@example.com before mailing the item(s). The return items must be received by us within 7 days of receipt by the customer.
- There are absolutely no “cancellations” once you’re pre-order or (in-stock item) order is placed meaning paid for and confirmation is sent of your order saying it’s processing.
- This rule applies to all apparel, and shoes. In addition, in the event an item is sold out you will get a “Store Credit” if you have multiple items on the order, if the order only consists of one item you will be issued a direct refund. Otherwise all refunds are issued via "Store Credit".
