Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for any item that is unworn and still fitted with all tags with the exception of those listed below. Please submit your request here. The return items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
There are absolutely no “cancellations” once your pre-order or (in-stock item) order is placed meaning paid for and confirmation is sent of your order saying it’s processing.
This rule applies to all apparel, and shoes.
All refunds are issued via "Store Credit". If you have any questions on this policy please contact customerservice@leemonet.com before ordering, this written detail listed in this paragraph is placed so you can read upon our terms before ordering. Once you order your order is acknowledgment and acceptance that you understand and will abide by our guidelines and agree to the terms and policy listed above.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
- Shipping fees
Once we have received your return it will be in review. Once your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing return instructions. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued or exchange completed.
